Greenwood Roche has supported Awatoru Property from its inception, assisting with the establishment of its investment structures and acting on every project undertaken to date. Awatoru Property is a partnership between a major New Zealand institutional investor and Auckland-based 3Group, combining capital depth with development and construction capability to deliver high-quality industrial and commercial assets for long-term hold.

Our team has acted across the full development lifecycle – from site acquisition, investment structuring and funding, to construction, leasing and delivery documentation. The first Awatoru Property project was the design and construction of a 15,527 m² facility for H J Asmuss & Co Limited, one of New Zealand's oldest and largest family-owned companies. We continue to advise on multiple further (confidential) development and investment projects nationwide.
