Brian Perry Civil Limited: Taxiway Mike and Remote Stands Stage 2 project at Auckland Airport
Brian Perry has successfully delivered Taxiway Mike and Remote Stands Stage 2 as part of Auckland International Airport's wider redevelopment

We continue to act for Brian Perry Civil as project counsel, providing project delivery and closeout support on the recently delivered Taxiway Mike and Remote Stands Stage 2 project at Auckland Airport.
The project includes a new taxiway to extend an existing taxiway and construction of six remote stands with in-ground jet fuel reticulation as part of the capital works programme. BPC is working closely with teams from Auckland Airport, Beca, Firth, Winstone, Golden Bay cement, Dominion Constructors, Wirtgen and Leica (Global Survey NZ) to deliver 900,000m3 of earthworks, laying 130,000m3 of aggregate basecourse, 168,000m2 of concrete pavement and a new power control centre.
Greenwood Roche has assisted Brian Perry in establishing commercial and procurement processes and guidance for administration of the head contract. Throughout delivery of the project we have provided day to day project counsel as an integrated part of the project team, advising on contract claims both upstream under the head contract and downstream with subcontractors, navigating the complexities of delivering a construction project at a working international airport.
