Park Green Estate – Master Planned Development
Large scale Superlot subdivision and development partnership between Hugh Green Group and Fletcher Residential for residential development in the Drury Area.
Masterplan of 100 Ha into a subdivision for roads, schools, commercial and residential development and sale of part of the land to a leading New Zealand residential developer.
The relevant component of the project ran for five years, with a five stage Superlot subdivision, with delivery of land with infrastructure and Geotech requirements in order to enable significant residential development in the area by Fletcher Residential Limited.
