Greenwood Roche acted for Spark NZ on development leasing for its new $650m Spark City HQ in Auckland, relocating 1800 staff.
Greenwood Roche acted for Spark New Zealand on all aspects of its development leasing arrangements for its new headquarters at Spark City, 50 Albert Street, Auckland.
The building was constructed by Mansons TCLM as part of a $650m development anchored by Spark and involved the relocation of 1800 staff in 2025 from Spark's previous head office at Victoria Street West.
