Spark Data Centres – Sale to Pacific Equity Partners
Greenwood Roche worked with Webb Henderson in assisting Spark New Zealand on the property and environmental aspects of the sale of a 75% stake in its data centre business to Pacific Equity Partners (PEP).
The transaction values the data centre business at up to $705m and supports the growth of data centre capacity.
Greenwood Roche has also acted for Spark on the development and expansion of its Takanini data centre campus.
