Greenwood Roche advised on, and implemented, the structuring of Kāinga Ora's flagship asset, Te Mātāwai, at Greys Avenue, Auckland. The Te Mātāwai state housing development in Central Auckland provides a supportive environment to enable residents to connect and be active members of the community.
The project consisted of a 3 lot fee simple subdivision with varying height limited boundaries, registration of interests documenting the bespoke nature of the development, followed by 2 unit title subdivisions to create individual titles for 285 units across 2 bodies corporate. The units are a combination of residential housing and commercial units, providing all necessary wrap around services and amenities to the community within Te Mātāwai.
