Templeton Long Bay, Subdivision and Sales

We have completed the successful subdivisions and sales of multiple stages of Templeton's residential development at Long Bay. This project involved the preparation and management of extensive pre-sale ("off the plans") agreements, completing registration of the subdivision including multiple utility providers and interested parties, and the sell down of individual lots to end purchasers. In addition, we have worked with Templeton's financiers and repayment and security discharge requirements.
