Watercare is investing over $300 million in a programme of works, including new pipelines, a pump station, a wastewater treatment plant and an outfall pipeline to support the anticipated 20,000 population growth in the Warkworth area.
Greenwood Roche, lead by Hadleigh Yonge and his team, are assisting Watercare in delivering this programme of works. The scheme is complex and integrated, and requires the coordination of various elements to ensure that it is delivered successfully.
Greenwood Roche has provided strategic project delivery advice and is negotiating the necessary property rights.
